the breakfast was acceptable.
the single-pane windows did little to block out the noise from the busy street outside. i found it hard to sleep because of it. furthermore, the room lacked basic toiletries like shampoo and soap..

The room was quite large. I found the beds comfortable. The reception staff operated 24/7 and provided great service. I especially appreciated the hotel's location, as it was only around a 25-minute walk from the 3Arena.

Acceptable Stay

helpful staffearly check-inimproper sealbusy square
The staff were so helpful! Robert, the front desk manager, let me check in early. He even upgraded me to a beautiful room. It was spacious. What a way to start 2025!
The windows didn't seal properly. It did not cut out the outside noise. I had a terrible night. Little sleep occurred because of a busy square.
